Please review these Booking Terms & Conditions before scheduling a private session, group class, or other wellness experience with QHO.

1. Nature of Our Services

Quantum Health Organics provides complementary wellness experiences, including energy balancing, Reiki, sound and frequency-based practices, meditation, tuning-fork approaches, and other holistic self-care modalities.

Our services are intended to support personal well-being, self-awareness, balance, and individual exploration.

These services are not medical or mental-health treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease or medical conditions. They are not substitutes for care provided by qualified healthcare professionals.

We encourage clients to continue following the guidance and treatment recommendations of their licensed healthcare providers.

2. Individual Experiences and Outcomes

Every individual's experience is unique. Responses to wellness practices may vary, and no specific physical, emotional, or personal outcome is guaranteed.

Our practitioners serve as guides and facilitators, creating supportive environments for clients to explore their own wellness practices and experiences.

3. Personal Participation and Comfort

Participation in QHO experiences is voluntary.

Clients are encouraged to communicate any questions, preferences, sensitivities, accessibility needs, or concerns that may affect their comfort during a session.

You may request reasonable adjustments, ask questions, or discontinue participation in an activity at any time.

Please communicate directly with your practitioner if you experience discomfort or wish to modify your participation.

4. Appointments, Classes, and Attendance

Appointments and classes are subject to current scheduling availability.

Clients are responsible for reviewing their booking confirmations, including the scheduled date, time, location, and any preparation or arrival instructions.

Some QHO experiences may be offered at different venues. Please confirm the location specified for your particular booking.

If you anticipate arriving late or cannot attend, please contact QHO as soon as possible.

5. Pricing, Payments, and Special Offers

Prices and accepted payment methods are provided during booking or purchase.

When applicable, online credit-card totals may include processing costs incorporated into the displayed online price and may differ from advertised cash prices.

Please review the final amount before completing a payment.

Promotional pricing and special offers are subject to the instructions communicated for the specific offer. Some promotions may require contacting QHO directly rather than booking through the regular online checkout.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

QHO maintains a separate Cancellation Policy, which is provided during the applicable booking process.

That policy governs the cancellation and rescheduling conditions associated with your booking.

These Booking Terms do not replace or modify that policy.

7. Class Passes, Packages, and Gift Purchases

Class passes, service packages, gift certificates, and other prepaid offerings are subject to the specific eligibility, redemption instructions, and purchase conditions communicated for those products.

Purchasing a pass or package does not guarantee availability for a particular appointment or class date.

By reviewing these Booking Terms & Conditions and selecting the required agreement acknowledgment during scheduling, you confirm that you understand the complementary nature of QHO's services and agree to the booking terms described above.

You also acknowledge that QHO's separately displayed Cancellation Policy applies to your booking.
