Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your session time is reserved just for you. As a small holistic practice, late cancellations or no-shows make it difficult to accommodate others who may be waiting for an appointment.

24-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel without a fee.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the session fee.

No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the session fee.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next client’s time, with the full fee still applying.

We understand that life happens—please reach out as soon as possible if an emergency arises. Your cooperation allows us to continue offering a high-quality, healing experience for all clients.
