Quantum Health Organics (QHO) is a holistic wellness and learning studio offering Energy Balancing Sessions such as Reiki, Biofield Tuning, Sound Meditation, Frequency Facials, and curated ritual products (oils, crystals, and others). We help you regulate your nervous system, release stuck energy, and reconnect to your natural vitality. We offer workshops, certifications in Reiki and interactive classes monthly.
I’m brand new—what should I book first?
For deep relaxation and a full-body reset, start with a 60‑minute Bio field tuning or Reiki Session. If you love group vibes, try a Group Sound Meditation. Unsure? Book a free 10‑minute consult and we’ll match you to the right service.
What’s the difference between Reiki, Biofield Tuning, Sound Meditation, and a Frequency Facial—and how do Tibetan Bowl Sessions, Yoga Nidra, and Breathwork fit in?
Reiki is gentle energy balancing through light touch/hovering hands. Biofield Tuning uses tuning forks and sound harmonics to harmonize your biofield. Sound Meditation bathes you in therapeutic instruments—crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and gong—for nervous‑system regulation. Frequency Facial blends acupressure, tuning forks, and skin nourishment for face/neck. Tibetan Bowl Sessions focus specifically on Himalayan metal bowls placed around (and sometimes lightly on) the body for grounding and deep resonance. Yoga Nidra is a guided non‑movement meditation ("yogic sleep") that drops you into a deeply restorative brainwave state—ideal for stress, insomnia, and burnout. Breathwork uses conscious breathing patterns to release tension, oxygenate the body, and reset the nervous system; we offer gentle to moderate styles with safety screens as needed.
What happens during a session from check‑in to checkout?
Arrive 10 minutes early, fill out paper work, set an intention, and get comfy (table or reclining). We guide with appropriate energy/sound tools, and close with grounding. You’ll receive after‑care tips and optional product recommendations via email .
How often should I come for best results?
Short version: Consistency beats intensity. Start weekly for 3–4 weeks to “entrain” your system, then shift to every 2–4 weeks for maintenance. In group settings, many come weekly to balance work–life flow. The more consistent you are, the more you’ll notice changes in sleep, mood, focus, and resilience.

• Stress/anxiety, sleep support: weekly ×3–4, then every 2–4 weeks.
• Grief/emotional processing: weekly ×4–8 with gentler sessions; add Yoga Nidra for nervous‑system rest.
• Focus/clarity/productivity: weekly ×3–4, then every 2–3 weeks.

Amplify at home
Add 5–10 minutes/day of a simple breath + grounding ritual, hydration, and a short “tune‑in.” (We can text/email you a mini routine.)
Safety & adjustments
We’ll always modify for pregnancy, acute illness, severe migraines, seizure history, cardiac/pacemaker considerations, and recent surgery. When in doubt, consult your provider. This guidance is flexible—your nervous system sets the pace.
Bundles
Ask about a 21‑day Reset (3 weekly sessions + 1 follow‑up + at home audio) or class‑pass options for momentum.
The Experience
What should I wear and bring?
Wear soft, warm layers. Bring water, an eye pillow or blanket if you like, and any crystals you want charged.
Do I need to “believe” in energy work for it to work?
No belief required—just willingness to relax. Many clients feel benefits whether or not they’re “woo‑curious.”
What might I feel during or after?
Common: warmth, tingles, emotions, deep rest, vivid dreams. You may feel lighter, calm, or sleepy. Hydrate and rest well.
Can you focus on a specific intention (stress, grief, clarity, pain)?
Yes—tell us at check‑in. We’ll tailor sound/energy protocols to your intention.
Do you use essential oils?
We use high‑quality essential oils.

How do I book group sound meditations (including ADERO resort nights)?
Reserve via our Appointments/Events page. ADERO nights are listed there when in season.
What is the Sacred Sky Float and when is the season?
A dreamy under‑the‑sky sound experience (pool season). It’s seasonal (spring–early fall). Watch our Events page for dates.
Weather policy for outdoor events—what happens if it’s windy or raining?
Safety first. We’ll pivot indoors, reschedule, or credit you if weather doesn’t cooperate. You’ll receive an email/text update.
Are minors allowed? Is there an age minimum?
Yes with a parent/guardian present. For group sound, ages 12+ recommended; sensitive younger kids may prefer a private mini‑session.
Private group sound bath—capacity, pricing, and on‑site vs. off‑site options?
We host private groups at the studio or your location. Capacity/pricing varies by space and travel—contact us for a custom quote.
What should I bring to outdoor/under‑the‑stars events?
A blanket when noted, layers, water bottle, journal and curiosity. We’ll email specifics per event.
Training & Special Offerings
Do you offer Reiki I certification? What’s included and how long is it?
Yes—our one‑day training covers history, ethics, self‑treatment, hand positions, and practice. You’ll receive attunements and a certificate.
Do you do corporate wellness, retreats, or pop‑ups?
Absolutely. We design relaxing sound/energy experiences for teams and retreats. Send details and we’ll propose options.
Do you offer distance or virtual sessions?
Yes—Distance Reiki and guided work shops/classes will soon be available via web and are available private link.
Health, Safety & Accessibility
Is this a substitute for medical care?
No. Our services complement (not replace) medical or mental‑health care. Always consult your licensed provider as needed.
Who should check with a provider before attending a sound session?
Those with seizure history/epilepsy, a pacemaker, late‑term pregnancy, recent surgery, or severe tinnitus should consult a provider first.
Are sessions safe during pregnancy and menstruation?
Yes, with adjustments. Please tell us your trimester/cycle; we’ll modify positioning and sound intensity.
Scent/fragrance sensitivities—how do you accommodate?
We can make sessions fragrance‑free. Please note your sensitivity at booking.
Accessibility & seating—can I be in a chair instead of on the floor?
Yes. We have chairs/props; you can remain seated —your comfort comes first.
Hygiene: are mats/props provided and sanitized?
Studio props are sanitized regularly. You’re welcome to bring your own mat/blanket/pillow.
Booking & Policies
How do I book? Is the old booking site retired?
Book through our Appointments page—this is our only booking system now. The old site is retired.
Can I book multiple people on one reservation?
For group classes, each attendee needs their own spot. For privates, one booking covers the group.
Cancellation, reschedule, and late‑arrival policies
We honor your time and ours. Please give 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel individual sessions (72 hours for private groups/events). Late arrivals may receive a shortened session to respect the next client.
No‑show policy
No‑shows are charged in full. If something urgent happens, reach out—we’ll do our best to help.
Do you offer a waitlist for sold‑out events?
Yes—join the waitlist from the event page. You’ll be notified automatically if a spot opens.
Can I drop in without a reservation?
We recommend booking ahead; drop‑ins aren’t guaranteed.
Payments, Passes & Promos
What payment methods do you accept?
Major cards through online booking. In‑studio we also accept cash and (when noted) Zelle/Venmo.
Do you sell class passes, packages, or memberships?
Yes—check the Passes/Packages section. If you purchased a pass in person (cash/Zelle), we’ll attach it to your account manually—just message us your email.
Can I use discount codes on services?
When a promo is active, enter the code at checkout. Some exclusions apply (e.g., private events).
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes—digital gift cards are available. Perfect for birthdays, healing milestones, and “just because.”
Do you accept tips?
Gratuity is appreciated but never expected. Your presence is the gift.

Where are you located and where do I park?
We’re in Fountain Hills, AZ. Free parking is available near the studio; exact directions arrive in your confirmation email.
What time zone are you in?
Arizona Time (we do not observe Daylight Saving). Your booking confirmation shows the correct local time.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and choose your spot.

Do you rent the studio or collaborate with other practitioners?
